Problem with the products received:

Faulty products can be credited to your store credit for the full value if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, ripped or torn, stitching coming apart. If you experience these problems, please contact us online and provide us with a photo of the issue.

Defective items:

If items you received are defective, contact us and send us relative pictures for checking, once confirmed, we will provide you with a store credit.

Missing or wrongly shipped items:

A Credit/refund is offered for missing items. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents within 5 days of receiving your wholesale Thailand clothing order. 


Sizes for clothes are listed on the item page. Please check the description on the item page carefully before you buy it.

Shipping delays:

We use DHL/UPS Courier services to ship orders to our customers. They are reliable and expedient. We hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that we have no control over the international shipping process after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis, please contact us online.
